CLUBS IN ITALY

The clubs are open from 22:00 to 04:00-05:00, Friday and Saturday from 22:00 to 05:00-06:00, with one day off (usually Monday or Tuesday). 

In the Clubs are usually run up to 20 girls from different countries of the world. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT 

The Clubs approve of the girls with attractive appearance, slim figure in age from 18 to 35 years old, outgoing, fluent in spoken Italian or English, willing to work on the consumpt (I mean the girl's prompting of a customer to buy any drink for her or a bottle of wine or Champagne to drink together with him, or any meal at the club's restaurant ordered by a customer while communicating with a girl at his table). 
Preferred with experience (although such is not the determining factor), as well as dancers in the go-go style.

The girl that wants to work in the Italian clubs should understand that not only without the charm, but maybe, above all, without emotionality, wit, ability to ingratiate herself of the impulsive and hyperemotional Italian guests (and they are the majority), the ability get talking them on the consumption, you won't be able to hold on at least any long in competition with others pretty and smart from all over Europe and not only. 

VISA, THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT 

It's absolutely easy to get a job in Italian clubs for the EU citizens. Just come and start your work under contract for a period from one month to any term which you agreed with the club boss about. 

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES 

The main work is the consumption, where girls are able to earn not just a few. 
The consumption is inactive, to approach and start a conversation with any customer is not necessary. The club's menagers are watching for the club hall, they invite you to the tables. 
The exception are the clubs, where the wages are paid daily. There the girls approach to the customers initiative themselves. 

In some clubs, if the girl is a dancer, she can perform her show (optional), which is usually held once a week on Saturday, and is paid in addition, by agreement with the managers. 

Girls should be dressed as to a disco, elegant and sexy short dresses, skirts, shorts, leggings, tops (but not jeans, pants or t-shirts), shoes and sandals exclusively on high heels. 
Working in the club, a girl needs to look attractive, with beautiful hair style and make-up, to be unfailingly polite with other working girls and courteous with guests of the club.
To be in a state of intoxication is strictly prohibited. 


SALARY AND COMMISSION 

Fixed salary is 50-70 euros per working shift. Payment in a larger amount - for the girls speaking Italian and/or brought more revenue to the club when working on consumption. 
Payments are usually made twice a month. 
The issuance of an advance in the interval between payments is possible. 
In the clubs with proactive consumption the payments are daily. 

Rates of consumption (can be non-alcoholic, optionally girls):
- for every glass of any drink, including soft - 0,5-1 Euro (duration - 20 minutes).
When reaching within one month of the norm of 110-200 of the drinks on consumption, each subsequent, generally payable at the rate of 5 euros per drink. Important: as a rule, during the first two weeks the norm for newly arrived girl does not apply;
- for a bottle of wine with the price of 100 Euro - 5 Euro
- for a bottle of rose wine with the price of 130 Euro - 6 Euro;
- for a bottle of champagne Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicqout with the price of 180 Euro - 9 Euro;
- for a bottle of champagne Dom Perignon with the price of 350 Euro - 13 Euro.
On a bottle consumption the communication lasts for 1 hour.
As a rule, are paid bonuses in a sum of 5 Euro for each plate any food ordered by the guest within consumption. 
A girl can keep all received tips fully. 

When a girl is interested, how much can she earn in the clubs, she need to understand that, like in any other club, it depends on her competitiveness and not so much on the appearance of the model, but on the charm and sociability. That is why it is so important the ability to communicate in English and even more - Italian - in fact the vast majority of clubs' customers are speaking the language of Adriano Celentano and Eros Ramazzotti. 
The offered clubs are well-known for the businessmen and tourists and, of course, give every girl the opportunity of adequate earnings; it is only necessary to be able to properly dispose of this opportunity. As in Milan, Turin, Alessandria, Modena there is no explicit tourism seasonality (due to the fact who is, essentially, a permanent contingent of guests), to earn here not just a few you can always.

It should be noted that girls don't pay me any Commission; it is the responsibility of the clubs. 

FLIGHT AND ACCOMMODATION 

Clubs don't provide any credits for the flight to Milan or Bologna (the nearest airports to the clubs locations), considering the fact of a ticket purchasing by the girl herself as evidence of her serious intentions to try to earn a lot in the mutual interests. As a rule, she will recover her costs on the flight due to earnings on a consumption for one, maximum two or three weeks. 

Clubs provide free accommodation in comfortable apartments, 2-3 girls in the room. There are all necessary appliances. 
Shuttle service from the apartments to the club and back is free of charge.
