Elite gentlemen's club is part of world-famous and legendary chain of North American strip clubs, in the second largest city of Mexico - Guadalajara, which is famous for its Spanish colonial architecture, being the cultural capital of the state, its economic locomotive known as Mexican Silicon Valley, what together attracts many businessmen and tourists from all over the world.
The club which is amazing with its luxurious interiors, is located near the historic city centre, next to the largest shopping centre La Gran Plaza Fashion Mall, surrounded by prestigious restaurants and hotels.
The club is open from Monday to Saturday, by Sundays - closed.
Guadalajara is the capital of the Mexican state of Jalisco which is one of the most important and richest in the country and has the Pacific coast with a length of 342 km. City with a population of approximately 1.5 million inhabitants, while the Metropolitan area as a whole is about 4.5 million, was founded in 1542. Known as the birthplace of Mexican folk music "Mariachi", famous far outside the country thanks to Hollywood movies, national entertainment "Charreada" - Mexican Rodeo, and even tequila. Famous for its beautiful parks and gardens, being meanwhile a place of location of high-tech industries such giants as General Electric, Intel, Hitachi, Hewlett Packard, Siemens AG, Flextronics and Solectron.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT
The club offers job on the drinks consumation (I mean the girl's prompting of a customer to buy a cocktail or a bottle of sparkling wine/champagne for her to drink together with him), for experienced strip-dancers, attractive, slim shaped, sociable, aged from 18 to 32 years, able to communicate in English.
The girl who wants to work in this club, should understand that without charm, grace, wit, ability to ingratiate herself with the local discerning guests - representatives of the local establishment, top-managers of large international companies, which all are entirely connoisseurs of beauty (and they being the heirs of the Spanish Hidalgos, by definition can't be other than generous toward the charming dancers), the ability to get talking them on the consumation and sell them her lap or private dance, won't be able to hold on at least any long in competition with others beauties and smarties from all over the world.
VISA, THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT
Work by a contract for a period from 1 month to indefinite period (if a girl wants) based on a visa of Mexico or the US, which should be obtained by a girl herself. For the citizens of the Schengen countries visa is not required.
WORK CONDITIONS
Work in the club which is for up to 400 guests, is organized by the management in three shifts:
from 14:00 to 22:00 (2pm - 10pm) - 15 girls;
from 17:00 to 01:00 (5pm - 1am) - 10 girls;
from 21:00 to 05:00 (9pm - 5am) - 30-40 girls,
with a minimum of 8 hours duration of a working shift, minimum 4 working days per week and two Saturdays per calendar month (for absense at work without good reason a fine of 1,000 MXN =~49 USD, is imposed).
Absence at work due to illness must be confirmed by a medical certificate of a doctor.
During the shift the girl is obliged to perform 3 topless dances on the main dance floor (each performance - 2 musical tracks).
Every girl has to bring dance costumes and shoes, music will be provided by the club.
Dancer responsibilities also includes performance of a lap dances and private dances at 6 private rooms.
Consumation is proactive and by an agreement with a bartender can be alcohol-free.
The club provides for the working girl free meal once during her working shift.
Being at work any girl must look elegant and sexy, to have relevant hairstyle and make-up, and in the main hall of the club be dressed in her own sexy long or cocktail dresses (in any case can't look cheap or vulgar) and wear shoes with high heels only; to be unfailingly polite with other working girls and courteous with the club guests.
An important rule of consumation is no conflict of interests of different girls: any dancer doesn't have the right to sit down at a table, where some other dancer communicates with a guest, without her permission or his personal invitation.
To be in a state of intoxication is strictly prohibited.
SALARY AND COMMISSION
Daily guaranteed salary in the amount of 400 to 1,000 MXN depending on the profile of the girl.
The salary is paid on the same day as the work shift is completed.

Having on a consumation the drinks above, the girl should spend 8 minutes with COPA, 18 minutes with any mini-bottle, 40 minutes with any standard bottle.
Commission for the dances performance:
SIMPLE LAP DANCE (an erotic personal dance in lingerie without the customer is being able to touch) with duration of 3 minutes - 130 MXN (~7,5 USD)
TABLE DANCE (5 minutes) - 280 MXN (~16,2 USD)
PRIVATE DANCE PLUS (an erotic personal dance in thong only) with a duration of 10 minutes - 500 MXN (~28,9 USD)
PRIVATE DANCE VIP (15 minutes) - 750 MXN (~43,4 USD)
DANCE at the pool of the Red Room (an erotic personal full naked touchable dance) with duration of 20 minutes - 1,500 MXN (~86,8 USD)
DANCE at the pool of the Red Room with duration of 40 minutes - 2,500 MXN (~144,7 USD).
The commissions for the drinks and dancing are paid on the next day (only by Fridays and Saturdays the commissions are paid on the upcoming Monday).
Girl will keep all received tips in full without sharing with the club.
Club fee is not paid.
135 MXN will be deducted from the earnings per dancer per day for a person who helps the girls at the dressing rooms of the club (Nanny) and DJ's coordination.
It should be noted that girls do not pay me any Commission; it is the responsibility of the club.
The girls are always wondering how much can they earn in the club?
It is clear that, as in any other club, it depends on the girl competitiveness and not so much from her model looks (although the factor of appearance, of course, is important), but on her charm, grace and sociability. And that is why the ability to communicate in English, and even better in Spanish is so important, because all the customers of the club speak these languages exactly.
The club, of course, is well known for businessmen from the USA, Canada and Europe which are visiting Guadalajara, local high-ranking officials, businessmen and top managers of the international corporations located there, are adoring it very much and, no doubt, the club gives for each girl the opportunity of a very decent earnings; it is only necessary to be able to properly dispose of this opportunity. In short, to earn here a lot and more is always possible.
FLIGHT AND ACCOMMODATION
Girls have to buy themselves tickets to Guadalajara, Mexico (not to be confused with the homonymous Spanish town) and back.
The flight will cost about 700-1300 USD (depending the departure airport), when travelling with KLM or Air France, with a transit in Amsterdam or Paris and Cancun (the latter is located approximately three hours from Guadalajara).
Those ones who'd like to get the flight ticket expenses compensation, are obliged to work for not less than 26 days during each calendar month.
A girl can get a compensation of her ticket expenses after completion of 3 months of her work in the club - 500 USD, and after 6 months she will get one more compensation of 500 USD.
Free of charge shuttle service from the airport of Guadalajara and by the the work period's completion to the airport is provided.
The club provides comfortable accommodation for the dancers at the club's house, 10 minutes by feet from the club, with CCTV, two girls at the room, for 3,150 MXN (182 USD) per month per dancer (the first one payment should be done upon arrival).
There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine at the house.
The mentioned payment includes all services, internet, water, electricity, gas and cleaning of the common-using premises.
Cleaning at the common-using premises (kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, patio, hallway) of the house is arranged twice a week, while the bedrooms should be cleaned by the girls themselves.
The regulations of the club's house using are included:
a) no pets;
b) no smoking;
c) do not come together with any persons which don't work in the club or don't stay at the club's house;
d) no any parties;
e) maintenance of cleanliness;
f) to take care of the furniture, otherwise will be charged the amount of a damage.
