CLUB IN LISBON, PORTUGAL

The strip club in the business center of the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, which has been known for 18 years, has long since gained popularity not only among local aesthetes, but also far beyond its borders.

The club, located next to banks, hotels, government offices, is open from Monday to Saturday, from 23:30 to 05:00, the day off - Sunday.
In the club, designed for 120 guests, which are the well-off residents of the capital and respectable visitors, usually run up to 12 girls from different countries of the world.

REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT

The club approves of strip-dancers aged from 18 to 35 years old, slim, attractive appearance, sociable, fluent in English at a level sufficient for communication, ready to work on active consumption (I mean the girl's prompting of a customer to buy a lady’s cocktail for her or a bottle of Champagne to drink together with him).
A girl who wants to work in a club should understand that not only without charm and grace, but maybe, first of all, without positivity and wit, the ability to win the discerning and soulful local guests, and variegated foreign tourists, the ability to sell them their private dance, get talking them at the consumption, she will not be able to hold on even for a long in a competition with other beauties and smarties from around the world.

VISA, CONTRACT TERM

The minimum period of employment is 6 days, the maximum is limited only by the validity of your visa, which can be extended by the employer up to 6 months, if initially it is less.
With those who want to work for 6 month, the club signs a contract, with automatically renewing on the last day of validity for the same period.

CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS OF WORK

By the beginning of the work shift, all the girls, using the dressing room if necessary, sit down at the tables and at the bar, dressed in bikinis or beautiful underwear, ready to perform on stage in turn, determined by the club’s DJ (1-2 dances per work shift, at the end of each which is lasting for two musical tracks, or about 8 minutes, the girl performs a full naked strip for at least 5 seconds).
A dancer not engaged in performing on stage communicates with the guests of the club, delicately prompting to buy Lady’s cocktail either a bottle of champagne or her table dance or private dance.
Table dance with a duration of one music track (3-4 minutes), depending on the price, is performed topless (for € 30) or full naked (for € 40). All private dance performed in one of the five private rooms are full naked, wherein with a dance duration of 5 minutes, such a dance is untouchable, while with a dance duration of 10, 15 and 30 minutes, touches above the waist are allowed.

Lady’s drinks at the wish of the girl and by agreement with the bartender can be non-alcoholic.
When being at work, the girl should look sexy and attractive, have a appropriate hairstyle and make-up, put shoes only with high heels; to be consistently polite with other working girls and courteous to the guests of the club.
An important rule of consumption is the inadmissibility of the conflict of interests of different girls: a dancer does not have the right to sit down at a table at which another dancer communicates with a guest without her permission.
Being intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
No any hint of prostitution!
It’s prohibited for a girl to meet during her spare time with any guest of the club. For violation - termination of employment!
Meanwhile, girl may request the phone number of the club guest in order to have opportunity to invite him to visit the club.

SALARY, COMMISSIONS, EARNINGS

Strip dancers working on consuption are paid a fixed salary of 40 euros per working day, paid daily, at the end of the work shift.
Rates for table dance and private dance, for the performance of each of which girls receive 50% of the price:
Table Dance (topless) - € 30 (€ 15 - for a girl)
Table Dance (nude) - € 40 (€ 20 - for a girl)
Private Dance 5 min. - € 50 (€ 25 - for a girl)
Private Dance 10 min. - € 80 (€ 40 - for a girl)
Private Dance 15 min. - € 120 (€ 60 - for a girl)
Private Dance 30 min. - € 200 (€ 100 - for a girl)
On the consumption the dancer gets 30% of the price of lady’s cocktail (15-20 minutes of a communication) and Champagne bottle (approx. 1 hour of a communication):

Moet & Chandon - € 300 (€ 90 - for a girl)
Moet & Chandon Nectar - € 400 (€ 120 - for a girl)
Moet & Chandon Rose - € 450 (€ 135 - for a girl)
Moet & Chandon Ice - € 500 (€ 150 - for a girl)
Dom Perignon - € 700 (€ 210 - for a girl)
Cristal - € 1000 (€ 300 per girl)
Armand de Brignac - € 2500 (€ 750 - for a girl)
Commissions for the consumption and table dances and private dances performing are paid every two weeks. Before the date of payment, if necessary, the girl may ask for an advance payment.

The girls get tips only when performing dance on stage. In this case, all the tips received in cash, the girl keeps in full, while received in the form of club fake dollars, the girl gives to the club on Saturdays, getting in cash along with the commission 50% of the deposited club’s fake dollars.

When a girl is interested in how much she can earn in the club, one should understand that, like in any other club, it depends on her competitiveness and not so much on her model appearance, but on charm and sociability. That is why it is better opportunity for those who can communicate well in English at least.

The club has long been well known to local wealthy regulars and tourists who are not burdened with financial problems from many countries and, beyond any doubt, give every girl the opportunity of decent earnings; you just need to be able to properly use this opportunity.
Since Lisbon and the Portugueses which are loving life are just the same constant as Portugal itself, which attracts tourists all year round not only for beach holidays, the club’s operation does not depend on the common tourist seasonality and you can always earn decently here. 
The average minimum earnings per month is €4000-5000. 

Especially it should be noted that the girls do not pay me any commission; this is the club’s duty.

TRIP AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The employer does not credit the flight / trip to Lisbon, considering the fact that the girl bought the tickets herself as a confirmation of her serious intention to try to earn a lot in mutual interests. As a rule, the girl compensates for her ticket expenses with her earnings for one maximum two weeks.
For arriving and departing at the end of the contract free transfer is provided from the airport / railway station and to the airport / railway station.

The club provides the dancers a comfortable apartments at a residential building in a safe residential area, 15 minutes from the club, near the ocean coast, close to a fitness center and a supermarket, two girls in a room with all the neccessary aminities, for 10 euros per day.
Cleanliness and order at the apartment should be maintained by the girls.
Free transfer apartment-club-apartment is provided.
