VISA, THE TERM OF A CONTRACT

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES
The work shift is from 21:00 until 04:30 or until the end of communication time paid by a customer. By the work shift beginning, girl is obliged to arrive to the club, every minute of a late is subject by a fine in the amount of 10 Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
With the opening of the club, all working girls (up to 15 in each club) sit at tables waiting for the guests, to whom each girl is invited by the club manager, or the guests themselves invite the girl to keep them company at the table.
Drinks-consumation by agreement with a bartender can be non-alcoholic.
The dancer's obligation is also a private dance performing, with full nudity.
It is allowed for a guest to touch her during these performances - above the waist.
The sexual content of the dancer's performance does not imply the availability of kissing on the lips or her touching the naked parts of the guest's body.
Sex with a guest of the club at the club premises or outside it, as well as meetings with guests during girls spare time, is strictly prohibited. For violation of this rule an offender will be fired immediately without any payment.
While at work any girl have to look elegant and sexy, have the appropriate hairstyle and make-up, dressed in her own sexy short dresses and skirts (in any case not cheap or vulgar; shorts, leggings are excepted) and to wear shoes with high high heels only; be unfailingly polite with other working girls and courteous with the club guests.
An important rule of the consumption is the inadmissibility of conflict of interests of different girls: it's prohibited for a dancer to have a seat at a guest's table without invitatuon of the club Manager or the guest.
To be in a state of intoxication is strictly prohibited, in a case of violation, the earned commissions for that day will not be paid, fine will be imposed.
EARNINGS AND COMMISSIONS
The earnings are on the drinks-consumation and private dances performance.
Girls earnings for the drinks-consumation and private dances are established in Hong Kong dollars (7.8 HKD is equal to 1USD)
- cocktail (ladies drink) - 60 HKD (about 15 minutes of communication);
- shot - 40 HKD;
- bottle of champagne (Moët, Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Dom Perignon, Cristal) - 400-1000 HKD (about an hour).
For a 10-minute private dance the girl gets 210 HKD.
The girls get the Commission for dances performing and the drinks-consumation once every two weeks, by 3rd and 17th days of a month, with the availability of getting an advance payment on any day.
A girl can keep in full all tips received in cash, and 50% - received from a guest's credit card.
It should be noted that girls don't pay me any Commission; it is the responsibility of the clubs.
When a girl is interested, how much can she earn in the clubs, she need to understand the following.
Through the organization of work with the participation of the club Manager, from the first day a girl can earn hundreds of dollars and per week - minimum $1500-2000.
