CLUB IN BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA

A nightclub with almost 20 years of history and a next door more youthful bar on Texas street are located in the most famous tourist area of the second largest city of the Republic of Korea (South Korea) - Busan, is the joint business of the same boss, offers jobs for female hostesses.

Located in a humid subtropical climate zone, Busan with a population of more than 3.5 million people is the largest seaport in the south-east of the country and its largest financial and industrial cluster, including the Renault Samsung auto concern, Korean Stock Exchange, Busan International Financial Center , the center of dozens of world famous universities, museums, temples, fortresses, magnificent parks, unique theaters and wonderful beaches, the home of most interesting annual international festivals, attracts not only Koreans from all over the country, but also a lot of foreign tourists and visitors on business.

The club for 120 guests and a bar for 40 guests usually run up to 40 girls from around the world.
The club and bar are opened from 19:00 to 05:30 or until the last visitor, most of which are local businessmen, lawyers, officials and regulars, as well as visitors from the USA, Australia, Japan, each of whom, according to statistics data, spends in average from 100 to 1000 USD per evening.

REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT

The employer approves of slender, pleasant-looking girls from 19 years old, sociable, good-natured and friendly, with spoken English enough to communicate, to work in a club and bar for active consumption (here and hereafter it means the girl's prompting of a customer to buy a drink, bottle of vine for her to drink together with him).

TERM OF CONTRACT 

The minimum contract term is one month.
The maximum period is determined by the validity limits for the girl’s visa or permitted visa-free staying in Korea (107 countries passports holders can enter Korea without visa). If a girl has completed her contract tetm and would like to extend for the same period, she leaves to HK or Taiwan or Philippines for a couple of days (thus having pleasant short vacation in fact) and after that returns for the next available period.
A girl from the European Union at the completyin of a 3-month contract in Korea can move, for example, to Singapore, after working in which return to Korea for the next 3 months.

CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS OF WORK

By the beginning of the work shift, the girls, if necessary, after using the existing dressing room, should be ready to work on consumption (hostess), i.e., communicating with the guests of the club and bar at the tables where girls can earn tens of thousands won (KRW - local currency) per evening.
After the beginning of the work shift, the girls which are not involved in communication with the guests, will invite by turn through the slightly open doors of the entrance to the club and bar to visit these establishments.
Consumption, at the wish of the girl and by agreement with the bartender, can be non-alcoholic.
Girls approach to the guests themselves, but to sit down at a table, at which there is another working girl and a guest, is possible only at the invitation of the latter.
To attract the attention of guests, girls can dance as in a disco, or sing in karaoke, available both in the club and the bar.
During the month, the girl has two days off, provided in agreement with the management, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and two consecutive days.

Being at work, girls should be dressed like for a discoteque, elegantly and moderately sexy: short dresses and tops with a decollete, short skirts, shoes and sandals high-heeled only.
Working in the club, girls should look attractive, with beautiful hair-styling and make-up, be invariably polite with other working girls and courteous with the guests of the club.
Being intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
The system of work is open. It’s forbitten to the girls to meet with guests of the club and bar during their free time.

SALARY, COMMISSIONS AND EARNINGS 

The fixed salary is 900 thousand KRW, which, depending on the current rate, is equivalent to about 800 USD per month.
It is paid once a month, 30 days after the start of work and then with the same periodicity, irrespectively of the consumption results.
Payment of an advance is available.
In the case of an absence at work, non-negotiated in advance, the daily payment in the amount of 30,000 KRW will be deducted from the girl’s salary.
Tariffs for consumption which is paid fortnightly: for each consumed drink or a bottle of alcohol, the girl gets 40% of the relevant price.
In particular:
- lady’s drink for 10,000 KRW - 4000 KRW (~ 3.5 USD)
- lady’s drink for 20000 KRW - 8000 KRW (~ 7 USD)
- lady’s drink for 100,000 KRW - 40,000 KRW (~ 35.5 USD)
- a bottle for 300,000 KRW - 120,000 KRW (~ 106.5 USD)
Received tips are shared with the club / bar, 40% - to the girl.
Is paid every two weeks.

The minimum earnings per month is usually about 3,300 USD.
When a girl is interested in how much she could earn working in the club and bar, she should understand that, like in any other similar place of work, it depends on her competitiveness and not so much on her model appearance, but on charm, ability to present herself and interest both the club and bar guests, get talking them on consumption.
The offered both club and bar are well known, and no doubt, the work here gives every girl the opportunity of decent earnings; you just need to be able to use properly this opportunity.

Especially it should be noted that the girls do not pay me any commission; this is the club’s concern.

FLIGHT AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The employer provides a girl as a compensation of her flight cost: 
250 USD if she arrived for one month; 
500 USD - if she arrived for two months or more, - 
by the completion of the contract term in both cases.
Upon arrival of the girl to Busan by any kind of transport and upon departure at the completion of the contract term, a free transfer from/to the airport/bus station/train station is provided, respectively.

Accommodation is provided in a comfortable house with all the amenities, 10 minutes by feet from the club, 2 girls a room. 
Girls pay only consumed utilities (lighting, water) for 50,000 KRW per calendar month.
While bad weather, free transfer to the place of work and back is provided.
