The nightclub in the north of Bavaria - the largest and richest German region with the capital in the world famous Munich, located in a lovely ancient city, the historical center of which is under the protection of UNESCO, invites dancers who are ready to work on consumation and perform private dances.
The club, which is existing for several years, is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday:
on Wednesday and Sunday - from 21:00 to 04:00;
on Thursday and Friday - from 21:00 to 05:00;
on Saturday - from 21:00 to 06:00.
The club for 45 people employs from 6 to 8 girls from different countries.
Bavaria is not only the Motherland of Octoberfest which isn't needed to be introduced. REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATES
The club approves of self-confident girls over the age of 18, slim, attractive, sociable, serious and ambitious, ready to work on active consumation and perform private dances, who speak English or German.
PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment from one month to indefinite term.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
Being at work, the girl should look elegant and sexy, have a matching hairstyle and make-up, in the the club wear her own sexy and elegant dresses (in no case cheap or vulgar) and put high-heeled shoes only; performing dances, to have their own stage costumes and shoes; be consistently polite with other working girls and courteous to the guests of the club.
Consumation is active, its important rule is the inadmissibility of the conflict of interests of different girls: a girl does not have the right to sit at a table at which another working girl communicates with guests without her permission.
Girls are obliged to perform private dances (shows) with a duration of 6.5 minutes, while Table dance (duration - 2 musical tracks) and other types of shows (duration - 2-3 musical tracks) are performed only if the girl wished.
When performing dances and shows, the guest can touch the dancer's breast.
It is prohibited:
Being at work in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
Use of mobile phones in the club.
Any kind of sex, prostitution, escort services, drug use in a club or in a club apartment.
Providing your phone number to any guest of the club and meeting with him in your spare time.
The offender will be fired!
SALARY AND COMMISSIONS
Dancers working for consumation can choose one of two systems:
1. With a fixed daily salary:
- on Wednesdays and Sundays - 45 euros;
- on Thursdays and Fridays - € 50;
- on Saturdays - € 55,
plus 25-30% of the price of drinks / bottles on consumation.
When working on consumation for this payment option, a girl gets:

If a girl, working on this payment option, earned an amount exceeding 500 euros on consumation, she will get a bonus in the amount of € 15, and if more than 1000 euros, the amount of the bonus is € 30.
If a girl, working on this payment option, did not get any earnings on consumation and dancing for a shift , she will be paid 25 euros for that day.
For the performance of dances (show), working on any of the specified options of payment, the girl receives for each dance (show) 50% of its price, namely:
- Privatshow - € 20;
- Privatshow Spezial - € 25;
- Tabledance topless - € 40;
- Tabledance full naked - € 60;
- Bühnenshow (bachelor party), 2 musical tracks on a stage, topless - € 65;
- Bühnenshow (bachelor party), 3 musical tracks on a stage, topless - € 80.
All tips received, both in the form of club dollars (each dollar is equal to 1 euro), and cash, the girl shares with the club 50/50.
Payments of earnings on consumation and performance of dances (shows) are made once a week.
The payment of a fixed salary is given upon completion of work period in the club and departure.
Advance payment is available.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
The tickets are not credited or paid for by the club.
The club provides working girls with accommodation at the club's apartments upstairs the club, for 8 euros per day per person, 2 girls in a room, with everything necessary for a comfortable staying, including a microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, free Internet, bed linen and a towel.
