The oldest nightclub in whole Germany, famous since mid-50th of the last century, located in a cute old-world town on German Romantic Road of the largest and most wealthy German region of Bavaria with its capital in world-known Munich, invites to work strip dancers who are ready to work on consumation.
Club for up to 50 guests is open 7 days a week, from 21:00 to 05:00.
From 4 to 7 girls from different countries of the EU are run at the club being the brilliant highlights of it.
Bavaria is not only the Motherland of Octoberfest which isn't needed to be introduced. That's home of magical castles and one of the most picturesque palaces in the world of the past eras, located in the foothills of Bavarian Alps, amongst which the most recognizable is the incredible Noeshweinstein, which Walt Disney used as a logo of Walt Disney Pictures!
It's well-known fact that Bavarians are cherishing their national traditions and following them for the centuries.
Bavaria itself is one of the largest economies in Europe, taking 7th-8th rank in the world, having strong economic ties with Switzerland and Austria, first of all. Such global companies' headquartered are located in Bavaria, as Audi and BMW, MAN Diesel, Grundig and Siemens, Continental, Amazon, Adidas and Puma, Allianz and many others.
REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT
The club approves self-confident girls with the EU citizenship from the age of 18, slim shaped, with attractive appearance, sociable, serious-minded and ambitious, willing to work on active consumation and striptease, including private dances, who speak conversational English or German languages.
Girl that wants to work in the club should understand that not only without the charm, but maybe, most of all, without the elegance, wit, ability to be likable with demanding local guests, the ability get talking them on the consumation, you won't be able to hold on at least any long in competition with others pretty and smart from all over Europe.
CONTRACT TERM
Work under the contract for a period of one week to indefinite period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
Working girls, if wanted, have one day-off per week, provided on a rolling schedule by agreement with the manager.
If girl decided to work during her day-off, she can start and finish her work shift within such day whenever she wants.
After club's doors opening all dancers should be sitting at the bar desk, waiting for any customer will buy the Club Dollars after what girls should perform 2-songs dance at the stage during 7-8 minutes, beginning to be topless after started to perform the 2nd dance.
Such dance should be performed by each dancer 1-3 times within her work shift.
Girl can perform private dances at the club's private rooms during 4 minutes (short private dance) or 7 minutes (long private dance), which in both cases is full nudity dance within the last minutes of performing, where it's dancing girl's discretion to let the customer touch her breast or now, while to touch any other parts of her body, so as for dancer to touch any parts of her customer's body is prohibited.
Being at work, the girl should look elegant and sexy, have a matching hairstyle and make-up, in the the club wear her own sexy and elegant dresses (in no case cheap or vulgar) and put high-heeled shoes only; performing dances, to have their own stage costumes and shoes; be consistently polite with other working girls and courteous to the guests of the club.
Consumation is active, its important rule is the inadmissibility of the conflict of interests of different girls: a girl does not have the right to sit at a table at which another working girl communicates with guests without her permission.
All the taxes and insurance (health, pension, etc.) will be paid by the club for the girls.
Being intoxicated at work is prohibited.
Mobile phones using is not allowed at the club.
Prostitution, escort services, drug use in the club or at the club apartment are strictly prohibited.
It's strictly forbidden for the working girl to give her phone number to any customer and meet with him during her spare-time. Penalty for violation- €500!
SALARY AND COMMISSIONS, EARNINGS
Strip dancers working on consumation have got a daily fixed salary of €40 and 30% for consumation.
This payment option is valid from Tuesday until Sunday incusively, while on Mondays there is no fixed salary paid, but any girl gets 50% from all the drinks on consumation and private dances.
Club drinks prices:
- Piccolo drink - €25;
- Champagne Piccolo glass - €50;
- Wine and Champagne bottles for €150 /250 /395 /496/695/1,495.
A girl which decided to work during her day-off, will work without fixed salary for such day, but will get 40% from drinks consimation and 30% from bottles consumation.
Regardless the day, a girl will get 50% of private dance price, which is:
- short private dance (4 minutes): €25;
- long private dance (7 minutes): €40.
All the tips will be paid to a girl in a form of the Club Dollars, where one Club Dollare is equal to one euro.
If girl received her tips in euros, she should change it to the Club Dollars.
Regardless the day, girl should share received tips with the club 50/50, therefore gets 50% of the received tips.
Girls get the commission for drinks on consumation, private dances and received Club Dollars daily, on the next day.
The salary the girls get at the contract completion. But if any girl needs money urgently, she can ask 20% payment in advance.
Average earnings: € 3,000–7,000 per month.
TRIP AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Tickets are not credited or not paid by the club.
The club provides to the working girls accommodation at the apartment at the club building, with 4 bedrooms, 1-2 girls in a room, with all what's necessary to stay comfortable, including microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, TV, free Internet:
- free for the first week;
- for 50 euros per week only, deducted from salary by girl's contract completion.
If girl has completed one month, all she paid for accommodation will be returned to her.
During 2 days after each girl started to work a key deposit of €50 should be left by her to the club, which will be returned to her on the last day of her contract.
Smoking and meeting with any guests at the club apartment are prohibited.
