A luxurious club and a related bar with a summer terrace, for 30 years has been an attractive magnet for those who like to have fun in full from all over Tuscany, located in a cute town 50 km from Florence, 20 km from Pisa, 35 km from the sea coast, invites to work for the consumation of girls, optionally and for an additional fee - dancers, circus and other artists for performance of show programs on weekend days.
The club and bar, for up to 150 guests, is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 21:00 to 03-04:00 on weekdays and until 04-05:00 on a espesially crowded weekends.
With a 6-day work week, the general day off is Monday.
The club usually employs 25-30 girls, in the high season - 35-40.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT
The club approves girls aged 18 to 45, not necessarily model appearance and shape, but not overweight, conscientious, sociable.
Proficiency in a foreign language, especially Italian, is certainly welcome, although it is not a defining requirement, because any girl can use Google translator when communicating with club guests while working.
However, preference is given to those ones with work experience, and for those ones who speak Italian, an increased salary is established!
A girl who wants to work in this club must understand that without the emotionality so characteristic of Italians, without charm, wit, romance, good manners and the ability to ingratiate herself to the guests which have seen a lot and know how to compare, the ability to get talking them on a consumation, she will not be able to hold on even for any long time in competition with hardworking beauties and smarties.
TERM OF THE CONTRACT
The minimum contract period is 1 month, the maximum is limited only by the validity term of your visa.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
Work - consumation (hostess), that is, communicating with the guests of the club and bar at the tables.
Consumation is active, the girls approach to the guests themselves. At the wish of a girl and by agreement with a bartender, it can be alcohol-free.
Girls can perform shows (not just go-go dancing) on stage (2 performances per work shift), those with experience in striptease dancing, can perform topless dance at the pole (2 tracks), while everyone must have their own costumes, stage shoes and props.
Those girls which are interested, can perform full-naked private dance in a private room, while touching is not allowed.
Security is tirelessly maintaining order in the club and bar, which excludes any conflict situations.
Girls should be dressed elegantly and sexy: short dresses, skirts, tops (but not jeans, trousers or T-shirts), shoes and sandals exclusively with high heels.
Working in a club, a girl should look attractive, with beautiful hair styling and make-up, be invariably polite to other working girls and courteous to the guests of the club.
It is strictly prohibited to be intoxicated.
If a girl who has chosen a job with a fixed rate shows a lack of performance for several days, she is usually subject to be fired.
The system of work is open, in her spare time a girl has the right to meet with whoever she wishes, including the guests of the club.
Any kind of intimate services in the club is strictly prohibited.
EARNINGS AND COMMISSIONS
FLIGHT AND ACCOMMODATION
The club does not credit tickets to the place of employment, considering the fact of self-paying for tickets as a confirmation of the willingness to work hard in mutually beneficial interests.
A free shuttle service is provided upon arrival at Pisa Airport or the nearest train station.
The club provides comfortable apartments with a kitchen, hot water and heating within walking distance or at a distance, 2-4 girls in a room, for those working with a fixed salary - free of charge, for those working without a fixed - for €5 per day.
Each girl pays the utilities consumption, 5 euros per day per girl.
Bed linen is not provided, girls either bring it with them or buy it in the town for €10-12.
