A nightclub in the north of Bavaria - the largest and richest German region with its capital in the world famous Munich, located in a lovely ancient city, the historical center of which is under UNESCO protection, offers a job for the female-dancers who are ready to work on the drinks-consumation and perform private dances.
The club, which is operating for many years, is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday:
on Wednesdays and Sundays - from 21:00 to 04:00;
on Thursdays and Fridays - from 21:00 to 05:00;
on Saturdays - from 21:00 to 06:00.
The club for 45 people employs from 6 to 8 girls from different countries.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATES
The club approves of self-confident girls over the age of 18, slender, attractive in appearance, sociable, serious and ambitious, ready to work in active drinks-consumation and perform private dances, who speak English or German.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
Work for a period from a few days to an indefinite period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
While at work, a girl should look elegant and sexy, have appropriate hairstyle and makeup, wear her own sexy and elegant dresses (definitely no cheap or vulgar) and wear only high-heeled shoes when in a club; when performing dances, have own shoes and a records of musical tracks; be consistently polite to other working girls and courteous to the club guests.
Drinks-consumation is active, its important rule is the inadmissibility of a conflict of interests between different girls: a girl has no right to sit down at a table at which another working girl is communicating with a guest, without her permission.
Girls are required to perform private dances (shows) lasting 6.5 minutes, while Table dance (duration - 2 musical tracks) and other types of shows (duration - 2 musical tracks) are performed only at the request of the girl.
When performing dances and shows, the guest can touch the dancer's breast.
Prohibited:
Being at work while intoxicated.
Use of mobile phones in the club.
Any kind of sex, prostitution, escort services, drug use in the club or in the club's apartment.
Providing her phone number to any guest of the club and meeting with him in her spare time.
For violation - fire!
SALARY AND COMMISSIONS
Dancers working withnthe drinks-consumation receive a fixed daily salary:
- on Wednesdays - in the amount of 45 euros;
- on Thursdays and Fridays - €50;
- on Saturdays - €55;
- on Sundays - €40,
plus percentage of the price of drinks/bottles for consumation.
When working on the drinks-consumation, a girl receives:
- non-alcoholic ladies cocktail for €25 - €8;
- glass of Hausmarke Piccolo for €35 - €10;
- glass of Piccolo Scavi for €55 - €16;
- glass of Piccolo Moet Imperial for €68 - €20;
- small bottle of Moet Imperial (0.375l) for €140 - €37;
- small bottle of Veuve Clicquot for €150 - €40.
- a bottle of Husmarke for €150 - €45;
- a bottle of Scavi for €200 - €57;
- a bottle of Moet Imperial for €250 - €67;
- a bottle of Moet Imperial Ice for €270 - €73.5;
- a bottle of Vuelve Clicquot for €270 - €73.5;
- a bottle of Moet Rose Ice for € 360 - € 83;
- a bottle of Dom Perignon for €550 - €100;
- a bottle of Domínguez Perignon Licht for € 700 - € 130;
- a bottle of Cristal for €800 - €160.
If a girl earns an amount exceeding 500 euros from the drinks-consumation, she will get a bonus of €15, and if she earns more than 1000 euros, the bonus amount is €30.
If the girl did not have any earnings for her work shift for the drinks-consumation and dancing, she will be paid 25 euros for that day.
For performing dances (shows), the girl receives 50% of its price for each dance (show):
- Privatshow for €40 - €20;
- Privatshow full strip for €50 - €25;
- Tabledance topless for €90 - €45;
- Tabledance full naked (2 musical compositions) for €120 - €60;
- Bühnenshow (stag party), 2 musical tracks on the stage, topless, for €130 - €65.
The girl shares all tips received, both in the form of club dollars (each dollar is equal to 1 euro) and cash, with the club 50/50.
Payments of earnings from the drinks-consumation and performance of dances (shows) are made once a week.
A fixed salary is paid upon completion of work at the club and departure.
Advance payments are available.
TRIPS AND ACCOMMODATION
Tickets are not credited znd not paid by the club.
The club provides working girls with accommodation in apartments in the club building for 8 euros per day per person, 2 girls per room, with everything necessary for a comfortable staying, including a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, free Internet, bed linen and towel.
