The club usually employs up to 20 girls from around the world.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATES
The club approves self-confident girls with or without experience in strip dancing and pole dancing, over the age of 18, slender, attractive, sociable, ready to work on active consumation and striptease performance, including table dance / private dance , or active consumation without dancing, fluent in spoken English.

VISA, TERM OF CONTRACT
Work under a contract for a period of one month as minimum. The maximum period in each case is determined by the validity period of your visa or your citizenship.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
Working girls have 1 day off per week.
After opening the doors of the club, all dancers should be at the bar, and after the guests arrival, perform a topless dance lasting 3 musical tracks.
Such a dance is performed by each dancer periodically, every 40 minutes-1 hour during the work shift.
The girl can perform private dances in the private rooms of the club, where the last minutes of the performance - full naked, where the guest is forbidden to touch any parts of her body.
While at work, the girl should look elegant and sexy, have the relevant hair-styling and makeup, wear her own sexy lingerie and cocktail short dresses (by no means cheap or vulgar) in the main hall of the club, and wear only high-heeled shoes; when performing dances, have their own stage costumes and shoes; be consistently polite to other working girls and courteous to the club guests.
Girls can also work without dancing, only on consumation.
The consumation is mandatory and active, its important rule is the inadmissibility of a conflict of interests of different girls: a girl does not have the right to sit down at a table at which another working girl communicates with guests, without her permission or their invitation.
It is prohibited to be at work in a state of intoxication.
Prostitution, escort services, drug use in the club is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden for a working girl to give her phone number to any club guest and meet him in her spare time.
SALARY AND COMMISSION
Strip dancers receive a fixed salary of 40 euros per working day.
Girls who work only on the consumation of drinks receive a fixed salary of 20 euros per working day.
The girl receives from 40 to 120 euros for the consumation of drinks for a bottle of alcohol and 12 euros for a Piccolo drink.
The dancer receives 20 euros for performing a table dance with a duration of one musical track, which costs 45 euros if her guest pays in cash, and 16 euros if he pays with a bank card.
Tips only in the form of club dollars (one dollar is equivalent to 1 euro) are shared with the club 50/50.
When performing on stage, tips are only allowed in the form of club dollars.
The club will only withhold 25% of earnings from consumation for government taxes, employee registration and insurance.
TRIP AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Tickets are not credited or paid by the club.
Transfer from the airport upon arrival and to the airport at the end of the contract - free of charge.
The club provides working girls with free accommodation in the club's apartments, 15 minutes by metro from the club, 2 girls in a room with a shower, a kitchen, with everything necessary for a comfortable staying.
Girls maintain cleanliness and order in the apartments on their own.
Each girl has to to bring her own bed linen.
